Rancho de Hache

Watterson, TX

DJI_0033 2.jpg

Rancho de Hache was a dilapidated ranch in rural Bastrop County that had been largely abandoned and fallen into disrepair. It had major structural problems with mold and termites as well as a history of misguided repairs.

Rather than demolishing what still had unrecognized potential, the Owners opted for a full renovation. This included removing the entire center portion of the house and raising the roof to a cathedral ceiling. It required a new kitchen and adding a bath. We also designed a beautiful Pool, Patio, and several Out Buildings to finish things off.
