We have consulted on many projects as technical analysts, feasibility advisors, and expert witnesses in formal proceedings.

 

We currently offer potential clients a low cost, no commitment,  feasibility study and development report identifying the needs and requirements for that project. At the end of the report, the Owner will have a good idea of the costs and processes that will be entailed at various stages; and most importantly, a set of parameters that all potential bidders can use so that the Owner is getting quotes based on like scope of works, i.e., apples to apples. It will enumerate the process for “getting your job done”, so that everyone from the most inexperienced participant to the very sophisticated will have a clear understanding of how to get from the starting point to a completed project.
